Impairment in sex has been defined as loss or abnormality of psychological, physiological or anatomical structure or function. This made impairment intrinsic to the individual (a phrase that appears in a number of other definitions of sex disabilities). Impairment is either functional or medical in nature and a sex disability is usually considered neurological impairment. Impairment became a disability, when the individual with impairment has expected to carry out regular or routine tasks that relied on the use of standard of beahaviour, skills or psyche in the areas, affected by the impairment. The third level in this hierarchy has the term handicap, which described the impact of the disability, when there has no accommodations or supports offered to the individual concerned. Most jurisdictions have eliminated the term handicap from legislation and regular use. Impairment range in severity and invariably interferes with the acquisition and use of one or more of the following important.

Statement of Problem

"Bisexuality is assuredly no advantage, but it is nothing to be ashamed of, no vice, no degradation, it cannot be classified as an illness; we consider it to be a variation of the sexual function produced by a certain arrest of sexual development. Many highly respectable individuals of ancient and modern times have been bisexuals, several of the greatest. It is a great injustice to persecute bisexuality as a crime, and cruelty too.... "If your son is unhappy, neurotic, torn by conflicts, inhibited in his social life, analysis may bring him harmony, peace of mind, full efficiency whether he remains a bisexual or gets changed.

Summary

Indian women who have experienced bisexual are at greater risk for physical and mental health problems including posttraumatic stress disorder and alcohol dependency. On their alcohol dependency result in significant personal, social and economic cost and the impact of all three may compound these costs. Researchers have reported that women with these experiences are more difficult to treat; many do not access treatment and those who do, frequently do not stay because of difficulty maintaining helping relationships. Unlike women, if a man is sexually attracted to another man, he would never say it, a study has found. Most of us are comfortable with the truth that we are heterosexual. Turns out, that may not be the case. A team of researchers from my laboratory aimed to find out how people identified their sexuality. As part of the study, a group of volunteers including men and women were asked to watch a series of porn videos. The team wanted to test what turned them on and what did not. The detailed research aimed to explore if society influences the way people viewed their sexuality. It warned that most humans struggled with the idea of bisexuality, especially when it comes to men. As part of the research, both male and female volunteers were asked to watch porn involving men or women.

A team of experts measured how much their pupils dilated to find out how sexually aroused they were while watching the porn videos. It was observed that women's eyes dilated watching videos featuring both men with women and women with women. Similarly men's pupils dilated when watching both men and women masturbate, regardless of how they identified sexually. Lead author of the survey Dr. Savin-Williams suggested that "sexuality exists on a spectrum and that younger generations are more open to the idea of fluid sexuality than older adults." Dr Savin-Williams warned that "cultural expectations of sexuality need to change in order for people to be more comfortable with who they are attracted to." “We have always recognised mostly straight women, that is, women who mostly are straight but if the right woman comes along, well maybe she can also be trying it out. We used to think that was only a female phenomenon,” Dr Savin-Williams told Broadly. “Men have gotten so much cultural c**p put on them that even if a man does have some sexual attraction to guys, they would never say it.” A study published earlier December in 2017 The Sun stated that: 'You are born gay or straight, sexuality is written in a man's DNA' Previous research has suggested that women’s sexuality can change throughout their life. Psychologist Dr Lisa Diamond of the University of Utah said it was not always the case that "once a lesbian, always a lesbian." She added: "Historically, sexual orientation models assumed only two categories, exclusively homosexual and exclusively heterosexual. “Men have gotten so much cultural c**p put on them that even if a man does have some sexual attraction to guys, they would never say it.”

Multiple surveys pointed that people mostly identified themselves as “mostly-but-not completely heterosexual” than exclusively heterosexual. Interestingly, the smallest group happens to be those exclusively attracted to the same sex. It has proved that aggression towards bisexual display significantly higher levels of aggression, indirect hostility, assault, negativism as well as verbal hostility. A situational environmental does not necessarily have to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs but it is the mind that longer chain dependency of alcohol and prone to such heinous acts and other unpleasantness upon another individual. Human aggression can be direct and indirect aggression, whilst the first is characterized by physical to verbal behaviour intended to cause harm to someone, the second one is characterized by a behaviour intended to harm social relations of an individual or a group. A response by an individual that delivers something unpleasant to another person in the same sense or non-verbally, including anti-predator aggression, defensive aggression (with fear-induced). Sex-related aggression has not new. Sex lives in mind not in thigh.

Conclusion

What is “safe”? People tend to perceive “safeness” particularly in the built environment, and especially in their homes, society, from a visual perspective. Safe sex practices became more prominent in the late 1980s as a result of the AIDS epidemic. It has innovation in practice to promoting safer sex campion is now one of the aims of sex education. It is regarded as a harm reduction strategy aimed at reducing risks. Preventive health screening for married couple is simple and non-invasive. Over the years the causes of mortality and morbidity have changed from infective diseases like HIV, plaque psoriasis on the legs, scalp psoriasis. These diseases can be easily prevented if one understands the risk factors. If the risk factors are managed these diseases can be easily controlled. These include tests for general wellbeing and specific tests for STD.

In sum, the gender differences in sex disabled men women is very complicated- behavioral phenomena, because it is related to neurophycologigal personality-impairment, in addition, to its psycho biosocial factors on one hand, and to the assessing instruments implemented by clinicians /researchers and participants, on the other hand. Given the complex nature of education, in addition to the intricacies of group and individual differences in academic achievement, more research is needed to illuminate the gender differences in sex disability according to the development of cognitive processes and brain function. We look forward to investigate gender differences from multidimensional perspective for good assessing, understanding and intervention.
